The LogiLink Full HD HDMI Extender Kit (transmitting & reception unit) not only transmits brilliant 1080p/60Hz video signals via a network cable, but also transmits USB, audio and IR remote control signals (CEC) through the network cable. For example, you can control a DVD player with the remote control. In addition, there are two (2) USB 2.0 interfaces on the front, through which you can use other peripherals such as keyboard, mouse and USB storage media. Transmission and reception unit can stand up to 50 m away in different rooms. A network cable with at least category 5e (Cat.5e upwards compatible) is required. The LogiLink extender set offers a special feature with the additional KVM functionality, which can be used for a variety of possibilities.
